1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the entire relationship between you as the user and vvip2 as the platform operator. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or access any section of the vvip2 platform, whether via web browser or mobile app.

By using this platform, you agree that:

2Account Eligibility

3Account Registration & Verification

8Player Conduct

Vvip2 expects all players to behave respectfully and responsibly on the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

9Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the vvip2 support team. Before closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any valid funds in the account will be returned within 5 business days.

Vvip2 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document;
• Failed identity verification or submission of falsified documents;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Requests from legal authorities;
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, vvip2 reserves the right to hold all funds until the investigation is complete.

10Liability Limits

Vvip2 provides the entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no implied warranties regarding winnings or game outcomes. Players fully acknowledge that wagering activities involve the risk of financial loss.

• Vvip2 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of game outcomes that are not in the player's favour;
• Vvip2's liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of the player's most recent deposit;

11Responsible Gaming
